Spreading paint like butter
It was perfect. And during the realisation of this perfection, the detail in the perfection branched relentlessly onwards , through constant reorganization of perceptual form, as i searched for fault, and found none.

HIGHLIGHTING SPONTANEOUS MOVEMENT
If as it seems we poduce the reactions of others so independantly and freely within the construction of a dream.
So spontaneously. Within the matrix of the subconcious's archetypal structures.
And if we have the ability of manipulating the thought process, priming it with a matrix of possible outcomes, in relation to the constant oncoming situation.
And if this priming is done spontaneously, then by gradually freeing the restricting structured thought process, that confines spontaneous movement, through the imagination during learning in the waking state. We can then begin to experience the seperation of ourselves from the structured story of acrhetypal situations that so absorb us during sleep, and prime our subconcious for the waking day ahead.
The process that leads to spontaneous reaction can be replicated through repeatedly presenting oneself with the situation that you are changing an image (perception), through constant self recoordination, and then the separating of that self during the moment of action.
From moment to moment we are presented with these oportunities, but as each one seems so different, we immedatly deal with the situation in autopilot(originating from the material self), especially as there isn't always time to fully assess ones own thought pattern within an operation of action. Maximizing awareness also comes with discipline through efficiency. Constant efficiency in thought assessment.
An example of a way in which you could put your thought process in this very situation time after time, could be by repeatedly(for example) applying paint in busrts, to a large surface without repeated intension, allowing you to assess your own thought process, and recognise the matrixes of autopilot that normally govern your part in causality.
Some of these matrixes you will identify there interplay with personal inhibition, intention, also past and present influence.
When you can apply paint freely, seperating body from action. Suddenly without realising, your imprinting paint marks will scatter randomly. The more this exercise is repeated. The more regularly you free your mind from your actions, accessing the base in the structure of action, you are opening up your own spontaneous reaction for greater possabilities.
What i'm calling priming, is what your doing all the time, from moment to moment subconciously, in a micro second, assessing the probabilty of what could happen next. As you become more accustomed and at ease with spontaneous movement, the easier it will become to access the gateway to this adaptability both in the waking and sleeping state, optimising your role in the overall structure of the "whole" conciousness. Which also maximises personal experience.

Instantaneous action absorbs us into the moment to a degree, that when we return to the much more restricting cause and effect world, where action through decision, is much more personal, we dont recognise the split in our nature. Addiction to extended moments of spontaneous action brings us to repeat it wherever we encounter it. There are many ways to bring our bodies to be part of the interaction between man and his environment through spontaneous action (the manifestation point in the structure of creation). Sex being just one example of this. There are many other easily accessible activities around us, in which a person can let loose to sponataneous impulse, get caught up in a moment of hightened awareness, and also learn about there own part during involuntary reaction/action.
Painting for example, or the applying of such textures, can be just as enthrawling. When mental "operation" is constant, it's reach through the position and flexibilty of movement of a subjects body, being restricted only by imagination, and what we think is possible. We are repeatedly provided with the oportunity to become aware of the moment (of the "what is happening now"). Through art forms such as painting this can be continually reafirmed, seperating the person from the impluse, as the image grows, much like the perception. The growing ability to recognise the sensation of body during spontaneous manipulation, i believe is a sign of synchronization between the base of the structure of a persons adaptability to learn in each moment, and that of an all encompassing matirx of influencing systems, chaotically manifesting from the subconcious, that there is a full experience of, whilst the body rests during sleep. Other signs of this sychronization will become evident.
Decision making is exausting as we calculate and attempt to guide ourselves through our reality in the most confortable manner.
A self control over body or should i say, any process of thought that leads the body to repeat without awareness, is necesesary in order to synchronise the bodies movements with that of the impulses of nature, rather than the impulses of a thought process absorbed in the idea of ones self.
